Electrical Lead – Data Centre Project Location: Helsinki / Kirkkonummi, Finland A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join a flagship hyperscale development in Finland. Reporting directly to the Project Director, this role will take full responsibility for the electrical package from installation through to commissioning readiness — driving programme, safety, quality, and commercial performance on a large-scale mission-critical build.
The Electrical Lead will oversee all electrical works on site, ensuring coordinated delivery across subcontractors, internal teams, and stakeholders while maintaining strict compliance with safety, governance, and programme requirements. This is a senior leadership position suited to professionals with strong electrical contracting experience and proven capability managing large site teams.

• €135,000 – €145,000 salary
€130,000 – €145,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + EU Allowance

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full electrical installation across the project
• Coordinate design activities with internal teams and subcontractors
• Monitor labour allocation and resource tracking
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards
• Maintain quality control processes across all electrical works
• Lead weekly coordination meetings (Safety, QA, BIM, Supervisors)
• Track and close out meeting actions and documentation
• Strong background within M&E contracting
• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable
• Engineering qualification preferred
• Proven leadership of large site teams
• Strong commercial and programme management capability
• Excellent reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
